Charlotte Hurtt McNeal, GRI
Real Estate Broker
Charlotte has been fortunate to be in sales for the last twenty-five (25) years. Being in sales for that length of time has taught her that the art of selling is to develop strong relationships with your clients; and once relationships are established - trust, experience, outstanding commitment, and good work ethics will become tools for success.
Her real estate sales career started in 1994 in new home sales. Learning the new home industry afforded her the opportunity to relate to all clients wanting to purchase homes ranging from custom built homes to the first time home buyers.
Completing the full circle of selling homes, she thought she would wear a different hat and learn the flip side of selling homes – mortgaging. She started working with a commercial mortgage broker firm and found out that the need to find properties was greater than finding loans.
In 2005, she received her real estate license to work as a commercial agent. In less than a year, she became the Commercial Director of Century 21 Results Realty. After her three years of commercial real estate experience, she obtained her Associate Broker's licenses in MD, VA and PA, won two bronze awards, earned Century 21 Certification for a Commercial Specialist, became a Commercial Associate Broker, earned her GRI designation and became a CCIM candidate.
Working as a Commercial Associate Broker for 10 years with Century 21 The Real Estate Centre and Results Realty, Charlotte decided that it was time for her to take a leap of faith and open her own real estate corporation.
